We are currently seeking a Live-in Motel Manager
Altair Motel is one of the most popular motel for cooperate and tourist guests in the snowy mountain region. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on and customer-focused motel manager on a full-time basis who is required self-management along with general care and diligence over the Motel in general.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Overseeing daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance for a motel of 19 rooms.

Managing motel staff including rostering, recruiting and training, whilst controlling wage costs.

Manage and resolve guest complaints in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Liaising and ordering from suppliers.

Perform laundry duties when required.
Requirements

Ability to live on site and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

3 years full time relevant experience

Excellent customer service & communication skills

Knowledge of reservations software & MS office
-
Able to liaise with overseas suppliers/connection with hotel/motel/tourism industry within Asian countries, desirably can speak fluent Asian languages
Job Type: Full-time or Contract
Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 per year
Benefits: Housing provided, Salary packaging and Performance bonus
